Is a Public Testflight link acceptable?

Hello,

My app has been ready for days. I first submitted to Apple on Friday last week, and they did not review my app till monday night. I got rejected, as I had some errors. I have gone through a couple back and forths with them and even expediated my review twice, but it has been 18 - 24 hours for every review, the last rejection I got was because they could not find how to test my revenuecat integration. My app if free for 60 days and you can find the link to pay for it in the settings page. I have replied to them Almost 12 hours ago. Still no reply

Please, can I submit a public test flight link? Is this acceptable? This link is accessible to Everyone publicly and they can download my app. This is the only thing i can think off to submit on time. I am not sure what to do, but it is quite disheartening
